Hi there! I’m Samad, a New York City–based photographer focused on portraits and cinematic, mood-driven landscape shots. I got into photography a few years back, but have had an interest in it as early as middle school. I’m really drawn to light and composition, and I like finding ways to balance intimate human moments with the spaces around them.

A lot of my inspiration comes from movement, culture, and place, so I approach each shoot with a story in mind. With portraits, I focus on intentional expression and clean composition, while my scenic work leans more into atmosphere, depth, and scale.

Before every shoot, I take time to understand goals and vision so the final images feel thoughtful, aligned, and true to the story being told.
